"Rain Song" explores movement, mood, and music. Oblivious to danger, the indeterminate forms move to the rhythm of equally mysterious melodies, all the while reveling in the downpour.
The imagery and composition of this piece spring from my love of classic jazz and improvisational music. My aim in Rain Song is to tap into the universal, primal response to music that we all share.
